Sequencing Numbers

Purpose of the tool

Create your own number sequences with missing numbers. Students can practice number sequences by filling in the missing numbers.

Grade: K,1,2,3,4

Explanation of the tool

You can can choose to define your own number pattern, so students can practice counting by 2's, 3's, 4's, etc. For example 10, 12, 14, 15, ...

If you select multiple increments simultaneously, the number sequences will appear randomly in the pattern(s) that you selected.

You can practice completing number sequences with 3 missing numbers at the end of the sequence, or you can choose the type of sequence where numbers are missing at random positions in the sequence.

Press the "Save" button to start the activity.

Drag the missing numbers into the sequence and press the "Check" button to check the sequence.

Use the blue arrows to go to the next or previous assignment.
